Mirza Cloth House is a women's fashion store offering nightwear, sleepwear, loungewear and activewear. We pick soft, breathable fabrics and comfortable fits that work for everyday life.
We sell across Pakistan with cash on delivery, so you can check your order before you pay.
Policies
Please read before ordering.
Shipping policy
- We deliver across Pakistan.
- Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,000. Below that, a small delivery charge is shown when you confirm your order.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
- Cash on delivery is available. Please keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.
Return and exchange policy
- You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
- For a wrong or damaged item, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we will replace it.
- Robes and nightwear sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or wrong.
- Refunds, where approved, are sent to your bank or mobile wallet within 7 working days.
Privacy policy
We collect your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except our courier partners. Messages you send on WhatsApp or email are used only to reply to you. To have your details removed, email contact@mirzaclothhouse.com.
Terms of service
- All prices are in PKR and may change without notice.
- Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
- We may cancel an order if stock runs out or the details given are wrong. You will be told right away.
